Most height safety equipment must be inspected at least every six months in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4, unless the manufacturer specifies a shorter interval or the equipment is subjected to harsh conditions.

Inspections are carried out by an inspector certified under NZQA Unit Standard 19359 and follow the relevant New Zealand and Australian Standards together with manufacturer requirements.

Any equipment that does not meet inspection requirements will be tagged out of service, recorded in your inspection report, and recommendations will be provided for repair or replacement where appropriate.
